Description: This is a set of 2 12 x 18" posters, designed by Ben "Gitty" Baker and printed right here in the C. B. Gitty workshop in New Hampshire, USA. These posters include 60 authentic secret hobo signs and glyphs, drawn from historic photographs and documents from the late 1800's and early 1900's. Hoboes and tramps would use these symbols to leave signs and warnings for other hoboes and travelers - where good places were for work, for hand-outs, and places to avoid because of danger.
We print these on extra heavy-weight brown kraft paper... it's so thick that it's more like thin cardboard than paper. The outer dimensions are 12 x 18 inches. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ... We ship packages via the U. S. Postal Service, either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail Internation. While these services generally get packages anywhere in the world in 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes it can take longer - this is almost always because the Customs Office in your country delays the package.
