Description: FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 2 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons have a wonderful 3-D quality and beautiful finely carved details. Each measures approx. 27mm (1 1/4") long and has a metal plate shank. They are black glass and are painted on the front in a bright golden blue AB enamel. There is a very small (1mm) hole at the top. You could glue a rhinestone there or add a very thin wire jump ring if so desired. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!
