Description: I believe this paperweight was made by the New England Glass Company since it has the starburst design cut into the bottom. The few examples I found online with this design were all attributed to New England Glass. Layered construction in that the top dome is clear, but the bottom half is green. The floral design is created by the millefiori technique. Looked it over closely and found no scuffs, scratches or bruises. Glass is clear with no hint of cloudiness. 2.75" wide and 2" high.
