This has a brand new bulb and it does work. There's no on/off switch, so you need to unplug it when you want to turn it off. There are a couple small scratches in the lower left (see last pic). They are not cracks as they don't go through the plastic. Both fastening screws tighten up fine. The box will be large, so the shipping WILL be expensive.
