Add the details to the personalisation box at the top of the listing. 2. Leave a “message to seller” (don't forget to save your message after you've typed it otherwise it won't reach us). 3. Once you've placed your order, send us an Ebay message.Please Note -Unfortunately, we are unable to keep chasing for personalisation details. We will request wording if it has not been provided however, once we have received this, if you have not specified a font or text colour we will print using our default font and a print colour we feel is suitable to go with the ribbon purchased. So please be sure to let us know all your personalisation details in one message. As stated before we are more than happy to advise so please feel free to ask us questions! Wording:-Your wording will be printed along the length of the ribbon. If you don't want an image, we'll leave a 2.5cm gap between each repeat.Please note we copy and paste your wording so please double check that you're happy with the wording and that capital letters are used where required. Due to the nature of personalised items we will only accept returns in the event of an error on our part. Print Colour:-When choosing a print colour, the general rule is to choose dark print colours on light ribbon and vice versa. On the darkest ribbon colours, your print colours are limited to white, matt silver, metallic silver, matt gold* or metallic gold.*Please note that the matt gold comes out quite pale on the dark ribbons so if you want a true gold, we'd recommend metallic gold. Image Options:-If you choose an image, you have two layout options:- A or BYou can view the layout options in our images at the top of the listing but a brief description is that Option A is for continuous ribbon so would appear as alternate wording & image and Option B would be printed as wording with the image either side followed by a 3cm space before the next repeat (useful if you want to cut the ribbon for separate uses).We are always happy to advise on colours etc. so if you're unsure, please contact us.Please note that the print isn't washable so the personalised ribbon wouldn't be suitable for washcare labels.
