Open the box very carefully, and gently.Let the eggs sit for 12 hrs before putting them in your incubator. This is especially important if it’s cold out . You do not want to shock your egg and kill it by the drastic temperature change !!! DO NOT WASH YOUR EGGS . Put them in after letting them sit at room temperature for 12hrs into the incubator .Before purchasing, please be aware that shipped eggs are a risk. There are no refunds or replacements offered on shipped eggs. We cannot be responsible for postal damage once we leave the package at the post office.NO refunds for poor hatch rate as we can not control the quality of your incubator. We hatch from the same birds we sell from and always have successful hatches. We do not mark the package as being hatching eggs. As we have found out doing so promotes rough handling.
