Paying tribute to golden age of Gibson design, this Les Paul Junior features a slab mahogany body, single dogear P-90 pickup, wraparound bridge, fat ‘50s-style neck profile carve, and gloss Vintage Tobacco Sunburst nitro lacquer finish. The mahogany construction results in a sonically warm platform for the P-90, with plenty of natural midrange growl on tap. Plugged in, the pickup is articulate and dynamic, tailored for glassy treble cut and thick overdriven midrange bark. Lightweight at 6lbs 14oz, this Les Paul Junior has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
