Description: This is a brand new Size Small Scott Contessa Spark 920 with 29" wheels and 130/120 travel. This bike has a few things going for it:a. You won't find a better paint job out there.b. It's one of the lightest downcountry/trail bikes out there.c. It checks off all the boxes you'd want to see on a proper mountain bike.This Contessa Spark 920 weighs in at a respectable 29lbs with tons of room for improvement, if desired. Not only is the bike good looking and fairly lightweight, it also packs a punch with the quality of components that Scott chose to build the frame with. You've got name brand, middle-of-the-line parts across the board, all made with reliability and weight in mind. Components aside, the bike is a great all arounder that can compete in an XC race, just as good as it can have a good time on some rowdy downhills. The 130/120 travel is a good mix of capability, and this bike has an added bonus of a remote lockout on your handlebars. In other words, at any point in time, you can press the lever on yours bars and stiffen up your suspension and go a heck of a lot faster.This specific bike was just built up and has never been ridden. That said, it was accidentaly scratched on the downtube as seen in the photos. This is purely cosmetic damage with structural compromise. That aside, we have the shifting/brakes all dialed in and the only thing left is to find a rider for the bike. If you're just getting into MTB and have a larger budget, this could be a great up-to-date starter bike for you. Similarly, if you've been in the game for a while - then you likely know the good reputation behind Scott and can confidently get one of their bikes knowing you won't be dissapointed by how it rides.Note: the "Contessa" line of bikes from Scott is specifically marketed towards Female riders - though frankly, the bike are practically identical to the "male" counterparts. You're welcome to read about it more online, though at it's core, the geometry is slightly adjusted for female riders and the color schemes are more girly.
