They are in good cosmetic condition, but you will see some paint scratched off on the sides where the holes for the bolts are. In the background of the photos you will see a single washer inside of the bubble wrap, but that is NOT included. The hardware that is included is the bolts and washers seen in the photos that are physically attached to the Filler Strips, which in total is 4 bolts and 4 washers.
