Description: 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 Complete (to date) Business Strike Uncirculated Quarter Set Containing 18 National Park Quarters Including the “S” Mint Coins Business Strikes Sold Only to Collectors + the PD 2021 “Washington Crossing the Delaware” non-National Park design for 2021 only + the American Women Quarters Released in 2022 & 2023 (PDS, 30 Quarters) - Total of 50 Quarters Up for sale is a business strike uncirculated quarter set containing ALL of the business strike quarters (i.e. there are NO proofs in this set) released thus far in this decade (i.e. 2020 to 2023). This set includes quarters from three distinct design programs (National Park, One year only Washington Crossing the Delaware and the American Women quarter series) as follows: 1) America the Beautiful National Park Quarter set for 2020 & 2021 containing 18 quarters from the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco mints. There were five national park designs released in 2020 and one design released in 2021 (with the 2021 design being the last of the 56 National Park designs) and this set contains one coin from each of the three mints (Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco) for each of the five 2020 national park designs and one 2021 national park designs. Note this set includes the 2021 Tuskegee Airman "S" business strike quarter which is scarce as it was NOT released into general circulation and NOT included in the annual mint sets. 2) In 2021, after the release of the final National Park quarter design (for Tuskegee) the mint released a one year only 2021 P&D “Washington Crossing the Delaware Design”. Note that there was NO “S” business strike quarter released for the Washington Crossing the Delaware design. Therefore there are 2 2021 Washington Crossing the Delaware quarters (a P & a D mint) in this set. For the Washington Crossing the Delaware design the mint reverted to the obverse rendering of George Washington from the original 1932 quarter release. 3) A new quarter series began in 2022 honoring prominent American Women. The mint releases 5 designs each year over the year and the business strike coins, like the National Park series, include coins from the P, D and S mints. Also like the National Park Series, the “S” mint coins are NOT released into the circulation and can only be purchased in a three PDS roll series directly from the mint with the offering on the 3 roll sets extremely restricted (and sold out). Therefore the “S” coins in the American Women series are of very low relative mintage and scarce. Each of the five 2022 "S" quarters are all selling at $5 a piece or above due to their scarcity. There have been 5 of the 5 (Bessie Coleman, Edith Kanaka'Ole, Eleanor Roosevelt, Jovita Idar & Maria Tallchief) expected releases from the mint of the business strike coins in 2023 (so in this set there are 10 American Women Designs x 3 mint totaling 30 coins for 2022 and 2023. So this set contains a total of 50 PD & S quarters (6 national park designs x 3 mints + 1 WCD design x 2 mints + 10 American Women Designs release thus far x 3 mints = 50 coins) These are all uncirculated coins that have been taken directly from Mint rolls/bags, purchased at a premium, and never circulated or touched (handled with gloves).
