Description: 2019 W San Antonio GOLD STAR MS66 OBVERSE STRUCK THRU ERROR. The America the Beautiful series of coins has provided collectors with a wide range of intriguing and beautiful specimens. 2019 brought the addition of the San Antonio design and others. This specimen was struck at the West Point Mint, these 2019-W San Antonio quarters were minted in limited quantities and released into circulation. This coin also shows a Mint error on the obverse, a strike thru. A strike thru error is created when something comes between the blank and the die as the coin is struck. Washington with a Mint Error The Mint error on this coin is located on the obverse. Like other America the Beautiful quarters, this side shows a portrait of George Washington. The "W" mintmark is in the lower right portion of the design. Since this coin is a very limited edition, graded by NGC as ms66 the value will continue to rise as time goes by. Thanks!!!!
