He was produced in 2017 by Mattel as part of Then Now Forever Elite series 3 which was a Walmart Exclusive Series. Figure is missing his right knee pad and does have some wear and scuffs. His hip joints are also a little on the loose side. Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
