And you can own 3 of those 4, in consecutive serial numbers! [The 4th and final remaining PCGS PR70 example on Earth, presently resides in London.] ***. If not, then it’s because of: (1) the low total population of only 5000 coins; and (2) the very poor strike of all of these 1oz Proof coins, and (3) the great GREAT unliklihood of adding to the population of flawless PR70DCAM examples 7 years from whence minted. In other words, if there were any 70DCAM-worthy coins out there, PCGS would have been graded them by now.
