The lens does have some light pitting and scratches consistent with normal use that can be seen in Images 2-7. One of the top tabs is broken as seen in Image 11. The broken piece is included for possible repair. Also a metal clip is missing from the bottom outer tab shown in Image 13. The headlight you see is the headlight you will receive.
