The design features the world in the background, with North America showing, and a magician's top hat in the foreground. Venturing, Boy Scouting, Sea Scouting, and Cub Scouting logos are bursting out of the hat. The text reads "Southern Shores FSC Inaugural," and "2013 Scout-O-Rama." There is also a black fleur-de-lis ghosted into the background next to the top hat. This item is new and has never been sewn or attached to anything.
