Description: Hello,For sale is a 2013 Fender american vintage loaded body with it's oem neckplate, guitar case (no keys), various paperwork, bridge ashtray cover, and electronics as shown. The thin nitrocellulose lacquer had been chipping , cracking, and wearing off over the past few years so I shipped the body to a guitar finisher online to respray the body with a couple surface coats of Candy Apple Red lacquer. The candy apple red is a bit dull sometimes appearing as dakota red because I was told they would have to strip the body and basecoat it fir the c.a.r. shimmer effect. I didn't choose that route because I only wanted to cover up the lacquer checking. Unfortunately for me, the paint finish on the body has shown lacquer cracking and distress again and I prefer mint condition unused guitars in my collection so, perhaps this appearance is acceptable for you. The body I.D. sticker is located under the neck pickup but isn't very legible because the luthier removed it, sprayed the body, and replaced the sticker, the inking crackled on the label.As far as the neck pocket, the Luther sprayed over the ink stamp Sept. 2013 data. (The neck is for sake in a separate auction)
