Description: This coin is uncirculated and ungraded. It is brilliant, but looking closely, you can see two parallel scratches above the word "Fine." See photos. The scratches were made during the processing and packaging of coins at the US Mint. Even though straight out of the US Mint tube, there can be flaws that I want to mention.
