Burnished Silver Eagles are the rarest of all normal production Silver Eagles including both Proof and Uncirculated each year. Pair that with the Black Core holder by NGC which I believe is one of their rarest holders, this is a great find. Personally, I think the black core holder is the best NGC has to offer.
