We bought the item new from Macy's.We sold the item to a buyer who claimed the second hand stuck on the new, unused, unworn watch.Upon return we watch the second hand go around 6 times and the second hand didn't get caught on minute hand as previous buyer claimed.The second hand and minute do move together for 1/60 of a rotation to keep the minute hand accurate on each time the second hand goes over the minute hand.
