Avocet gel seat. Thomson seat post. Cane Creek headset. KORE torsion butted handlebars. ODI grips. SRAM shifters. Shimano derailleurs. Shimano Deore brake levers. Hayes brakes & rotors. Wellgo B-57 pedals. SRAM crankset, SRAM (I believe) 9 speed cluster. You get the idea. I purchased this and modified it myself for my own use, but it doesn't get ridden and it should be.
