2010 MAJA BILL Full Body Vinyl OOAK "NOEMIE" (orig. retail $1400)

Description: This auction is for Swiss doll artist Maja Bill's 2010 One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) artist doll Noemie. (See my note below about this.) Noemie stands 30" tall. She is a full body vinyl creation with blonde human hair and hand-made German glass eyes. She's wearing an exquisite original outfit designed and created by Maja Bill. A straw hat decorated with silk flowers frames her pretty face. She will come with her Certificate of Authenticity, which states that she is OOAK but also says 10/50 - I'm guessing that means that there are 50 vinyl dolls in this mold world-wide, but her ensemble is OOAK. The certificate reads, "Original Swiss artist doll in vinyl. Each Maja Bill Doll is designed, modelled, painted and clothed by the artist herself. Human hair wig, handmade German glass eyes, a Certificate and their wonderful charisma makes these dolls desired collector objects. I have never redressed or restyled her. That said, I don't see any visible flaws on her. The small dollie that she originally came with is NOT included (unless I find it, but please don't count on that.) I do not have Noemie's original box or shipper but she will travel to you carefully packaged. These are photos of the exact Noemie doll that you will receive. Please ask questions if you have them as all sales are final but check my feedback and bid with confidence. I charge a $5 handling fee which I will apply to fully insure Noemie on her trip to her new home. If full insurance costs more than that, it's on me. I understand shipping via USPS looks prohibitively expensive (which is due to the size of the box). Do yourself a favor and check out the UPS and FedEx options I also offer. Frequently (but not always) they're less when it comes to larger items. Please don't tell me that my shipping is too high because, unfortunately, I have never once been consulted when a carrier sets their rates.
