This listing is for the REBUILDING of the newer Bosch 8.0 ABS control modules found on the 2005 and 2006 Audi A6 as well as the 2007 and 2008 Audi S6. These modules are prone to failure and are extremely expensive to replace with new units. I have been rebuilding the earlier Bosch models including the 5.3 and 5.7 units for many years and have extensive experience as an electrical engineer and mechanic working on automotive control systems. These modules are much more complicated and time intensive to repair than the earlier modules, and I have been repairing these since early 2011, being the first in this country to offer this repair service. Simply purchase this listing and wait for an email from me with shipping instructions. You will then ship your control module to me, I will typically fix it within 1-3 business days and return it to you. When you re-install the rebuilt module, the problem should be corrected. This fix should take care of g201 errors, errors with the brake pressure sensor, communication problems, or wheel speed sensor faults that don't go away when the sensors are replaced. If for some reason your module is not repairable, I will fully refund your money less return shipping. The part number of the module is on the top of it with a white sticker and will be some variation of: "4F0 910 517 L 009" "4F0 614 517 L 03" 4f0910517L009 4f0614517L034F0614517P4F0910517P4F0614517K4F0910517KThe numbers and letters at the end of the part number may be different -- I should still be able to repair these (e.g., "N" instead of "L"). Your satisfaction is my number one priority. Removal instructions: The module is bolted directly to the ABS pump in the engine compartment with 4 E-5 screws. When sending for rebuild, send only the part indicated by the arrow in the picture above. Do not send the complete assembly with the pump (the metal part at the bottom of the picture). The module is held on with screws, and you will need an E-socket set (E5 torx socket, specifically) to remove the screws. Please email me for more information before buying!
