#2 Vintage Student Nurse White Uniform Bib and Apron 2 Piece 1960s

Description: #2 BIB/APRON ONLY: This is one student nurse uniform bib/apron ONLY (NO DRESS) from the 1960s, this is the white detachable two piece apron/bib that would have been starched very stiff and worn over the dress. We are unsure how to figure out the specific size, so if you need specific information please message us with how to measure for that (the dress corresponding to this bib/apron was a 36). The skirt length is 24.5" but that is the only confident measurement we can give. There is no cap or dress with this uniform, the cap would have been presented to sophomore students and worn with the uniform while at the hospital. This was used as the bib/apron to a student nurse uniform at the University of Colorado School of Nursing in Denver, Colorado from 1962-1964, so it was made and purchased in 1960 or earlier. This would have been worn buy a sophomore, junior or senior. This no longer has any removable buttons, we have used safety pins to close the apron. The apron waist strip has rubbing from the snaps beneath it (see photos) and one snap on the front doesn't work so it is held with a safety pin for photos. There is a hole on the front of the bib above the waist. The inside back of the skirt is stamped/written with a name. We are happy to provide additional information or photos upon request!! It has recently been washed and pressed, this is old and has been warn many years, but it was kept in remarkably good condition. There is minor yellowing, some minor staining and frays. After this listing is live, this will be folded into a bag and box so it will be wrinkled and need of laundering/pressing/starching from the buyer.
