Description: Original Florence Knoll Dresser/Chests of Drawers/Sideboards. They were designed by Florence Knoll for her company Knoll & Associates, and were purchased by my parents approximately 1960 in Chicago. They carry the Knoll label, and are identical in size and design, differing only by the natural wood grain. These dressers are likely walnut, with brushed steel legs, and formica tops. There are some imperfections. Both dressers have a small stain on the front that appears to be a dye of some sort. The same dye stain is in the top drawer of one dresser, and the inside top edge of the other. One dresser has a top drawer that pulls out unevenly as the original banding mechanism for that drawer has worn over time. Both dressers are very heavy and sturdy. Price is total for both dressers.
