These are lovely pieces made of green glass that is mottled in lighter and darker colors resembling jade or gemstone. They have a beautifully detailed carved flower design. Because of the coloring each one is slightly, uniquely different. These are not a perfect round, the outer wavy petals almost form an oval. The back is not flat but has a rim midway in the back.These were made to be glued on, I use E-6000 Jeweler's Glue. To enhance the design, glass paint or nail polish can be rubbed intothe flower to give it a more 3 dimensional look. I prefer gold or bronze colors, though other colors are also lovely. These glass pieces are not beads, they do not have a hole for beading. These glass flat backs have a round, domed shape with the flowers being 'engraved', giving them a realistic 3-D effect.
