Description: These 2 rare 1910s German “Kyriazi Freres" litho hinged “#6” and “Neptun" cigarette tins, both measuring 2 5/8” x 4 1/2” x 3/4”, are in good condition with no rust, some small dents and some minor age related paint scratches and chips. The hinges are in excellent working order. These very attractive yellow and green tins feature detailed images of the Kyriazi brothers, one of whom is holding a pipe and the other a hookah. The cigarettes were manufactured by Kyriazi Freres Tobacco Company, Hamburg, Germany and Cairo, Egypt. The interior lids feature the company’s iconic image of a woman and a lion.
