Description: For your consideration is a stoneware bean pot, manufactured by Robinson-Ransbottom Pottery Co. (R. R. P. Co.) of Roseville, Ohio. Using a measuring pitcher, I poured two quarts of tap water into it and the water level was slightly below the inner ledge, the lid sits on. This bean pot appears in R. R. P. Co.'s 1949 catalog and in 1957 catalog. I do not know if it was manufactured before 1949 or after 1957. Not counting the knob on the lid, the height is approximately 6 3/8". The top has a diameter of approximately 4 7/8" and the bottom has a diameter of approximately 5 5/8".This bean pot is an old item that was used. It has 0 cracks, however the lid has four chips. On the main pot: The inner ledge, the lid sets on has several chips of various sizes. At the top and near the handle is a very minor chip. On the bottom and near the edge, is a minor chip. Please, carefully examine the pictures, as the pictures are part of the description.Whenever it is practical, I will combine shipping.
