Description: KVM Switch DisplayPort - 2 Port DP KVM Switch USB Ports are Loose! If you move the wires around it disconnects/reconnects. It could possibly work in your setup, but I couldn't deal with it and am pricing it for parts. PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BUYING: I bought this switch w/ all accessories brand new from Amazon for $45.00. This is the one: DiamondTiger KVM Switch DisplayPort The switch was not reliable because if I moved wires around while plugged in, it would disconnect and reconnect back and forth. Loose USB connectors. I would also get static noise through the speakers and sometimes when using my high-powered Logitech LED color-coded keyboard, only half of it would light up! Not enough power. If I left it still and turned off the LED color light scheme, it seemed OK but I just couldn't work this way. Logitech also does not recommend using their higher-powered colored LED keyboards with KVM switches for this reason. Mixed results with not enough power. They sent me another one to try and replace this switch, but I had the same results. So, this is why I have two of these listed. If you want them both just combine the shipping and make me an offer. In my setup, I was using two USB extension cords to be able to reach this switch which could have also contributed to the problems. So, there is a possibility the experience in your setup could be different than mine. With that said, I am still pricing this as parts, with only the possibility it could work but will likely drive you nuts with the loose USB connections if you move it with anything connected to it. And if you try to use a keyboard that uses more power, they glitch. Hope that's clear! Everything is in great shape otherwise and barely used.
