What you need to let us know Please send the name & age for the item to be produced via the personalisation box, or leave a note for seller when ordering or via ebay messages after ordering and send ONE image only via ebay messages. All messages MUST be via ebay messages or during the order process as above Posting & Packaging All our items are sent via 1st class post (unless you choose Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery when ordering) in a custom designed protective box to protect it the best we can. So if you order on a Monday, it will be sent Tuesday via 1st class post. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday - items will be sent Monday (which is the next working day) These birthday banners are printed on 90gsm matt coated paper in our Hewlett Packard Large Format Printers. They are NOT plastic, PVC or foil. Both banners are printed the same and cannot be different names, ages, colours or designs.
