In order for me to provide FREE SHIPPING in the USA, if you are only buying one or two sets (2 or 4 individual) of lunch napkins and depending on thickness, they WILL BE FOLDED for shipping, in order to keep shipping costs down. However, beverage and guest napkins will never be folded. All napkins will be protected from rain or moisture. Most orders will be sent via USPS First Class mail, and will likely NOT have tracking information, as it is costly to ship that way, but orders weighing over 3 oz. (generally 5 or more sets) will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and will have tracking information. My handling time (the time it takes me to ship out items) is 5 days.
