2 Marcel Julien Baron (1872–1956) Colored Etchings Paris France Street Scenes

Description: This listing is for the two original hand colored etchings by Marcel Julian Baron that you see in the photos. I purchased them at an estate sale in Oregon where I was not told their history. I do not know when they were made. I am guessing that they are from the early -part of the 20th century. They are signed “Baron” in pencil in the lower right hand corners of each etching. The etchings are behind glass. They are not titled but I believe that they are scenes in Paris, France. I have not examined the etchings out of their frames so in that respect they are being sold “as is”. From what I can see, the etchings are in excellent condition with no damage. The frames show some slight signs of use in the form of a little paint loss on the bottom sticks. They might benefit from a cleaning. The paper backing on the frames is a little damaged. Otherwise, these etchings are fine and as shown. My photos should give you a good idea of their General condition. I guarantee these etchings to be as described and represented by the photos.
