Pictures are in excellent condition, pencil signatures are done on paper backing which shows some age spots on both some more on the window scene.Matting has water damage on both pictures ( which I personally would exchange to get a more fresh up to date look )Signatures and descriptions on pictures are clear and solid, as shown.Wooden frames are contractually sound but have major paint loss.Etchings are 9 x 13 inches on both.
