Description: Fruit or Dessert Bowls in a very modern shape which came to define midcentury design. I have 6 but one has a hairline as pictured otherwise very good condition with no damage and no significant wear. 6" x 4 3/4" Eva Zeisel is now a recognized American Design Icon and this is the dinner service that catapulted her to stardom. These are from the 1950s. All the pieces had streamlined shapes. The floral design called Bouquet is a throwback to classic florals but in a charming American way, with natural everyday flowers rather than the roses and posies that were typical. I also have other pieces in this pattern.
