You are buying a floating week to use each year. You can split up the unit thanks to the lock off feature so there is a 1 bedroom side with a full kitchen and a hotel-like side too. Sleeps 6 with 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. This lock off gives you options to split the unit for dividing the living space, or use the 2 halves to travel at different times of the year. The larger side sleeps 4 with a full kitchen and the small side is like a hotel room accommodating 2 people, each side with it's own bathroom.This is a prime floating week so you can vacation any time of the year and if you book 2 years in advance like I do, you can even get the coveted Christmas to New Year's Eve time period. For a number of years, I have been renting my week out and netting $1000-2000 profit so that's a great backup if you can't use the time yourself. You also have the option to join an exchange company like Interval International if you desire, but I am no longer using any service like that.Parking is free and there are underground spaces in the Terrace building.
