Description: TX1229 This Beautiful Dalton Point was part of a large collection that I purchased from a large estate auction from North Texas. It is an Early Archaic mottled creamy white with steep bevels on opposite sides of the distal end. Possibly Novaculite material from Arkansas. The Dalton Classic Projectile Point ranges from 10,000 BP to 9,200 BP, which is pretty old for complete projectile points in this condition. It is a beautiful piece of workmanship, however I am unsure of it's exact provenance. Make an offer on two at the same time and save.
