It is capable of converting analog signals up to the Nyquist limit at word rates of 1 MSPS. Its conversion interval includes the acquisition time for the internal T/H, making it a true 1 MSPS converter. Proprietary conversion techniques deliver linearity comparable to the best successive approximation ADCs, along with the high speed of subranging conversion. A conversion status signal simplifies the transfer of output data to system logic. Innovative thick- and thin-film technologies ensure excellent performance across temperature variations without compromising AC characteristics. The AD9003KM operates within a case temperature range of 0 to +70°C, while the SM and TM units function from -25°C to +100°C
