1st edition 1st printing The Third Reich by Roberto Bolano! Some Wear.

Description: Here is a wonderful collectible copy of The Third Reich by Chilean author Roberto Bolano. This is a first American edition first printing as shown on the copyright page published by Farrar,Straus and Giroux in 2011. The binding is square and tight and immaculate throughout. The grey board are predominantly clean and the black lettering on the spine is excellent in condition as shown. Now here are the issues and wear mentioned. The upper edges of both boards and the upper spine end have both soiling and wear, “bumping”, etc. as shown in the photos. This includes the upper corners. There is soiling to the three page blocks with the majority to the side page block again as shown in the photos provided. The bottom end of the spine also has “bumping” but not to the extent of the top end and without the soiling. The dust jacket is excellent in condition as shown in the pics posted and comes in a Mylar protector which can easily be removed should you wish to. I listed this copy as very good because I believe that even with the wear and soiling it presents very well. And it is a Bolano first in a great jacket. Not for the serious collector but for the still ever growing legions of Roberto Bolano fans out there.
