This is a first American edition first printing published by Knopf in 2001. This copy is superb. The binding is square and tight and immaculate throughout. The maroon cloth boards are spotless and the red spine and silver gilt lettering are bright and beautiful as shown. There is one decent “bump” to the upper spine and one corner “bump” to the lower front board and that’s about it. The dust jacket has been price clipped also as shown in the photos provided. Other than that this is little to no wear to this jacket whatsoever. This copy will make a wonderful addition to any collection or library.
