Step 2) Carefully mount the voltage reducer inside of the metal heater air duct housing on the air exit side (or any non-flammable surface) using pair of sheet metal screws (6 x 3/8). The 6 volt load can be connected to either end of the reducer using insulated (22-18 gauge) female spade terminal connectors . Step 3) Attach the switch end to the remaining terminal end of the voltage reducer using an insulated 22-18 gauge female spade terminal connectors. Step 4) Reconnect the battery.NOTE: If you have a POSITIVE GROUND system, this unit may not function properly.
