Description: The top is a little tilted but I think it’s made that way. It would originally have had a bowl on top. None is included. It looks like it’s painted over silver plate. You can see the metal coming through on the base. It’s stamped with a maker but I can’t make it out. It stands approx 8” tall The top is 8.5” wide The base is 7” wide.
