Description: This listing is for an early 20th century, French Limoges porcelain hand painted water pitcher. The pitcher measures 6 inches or 15.2 cm high to the top rim and is 8 1/2 inches or 21.5 cm wide from the handle to spout. The water pitcher has a wide round base that tapers at the neck and flares slightly at the top rim. The pitcher is all hand painted with a large cantaloupe on the front and leaves that trail around to the back and heavy applied gold highlights on the rop rim. The water pitcher is signed by the artist by the handle. It is marked on verso "LIMOGES FRANCE W.G. & CO." The water pitcher is in good condition but does have a small replaced chip on the back rim. It is ready for your home or shop.
