Back in 1994, I worked next to a Fantasy/RPG shop. My buddies and I started playing MTG. Bought starter boxes and set packs. I believe starter boxes were $10, and packs were going for like $5. There were no TCG shows where we could buy only the DL's. We didnt get into tournaments, I think that came later. Plus we weren't too involved. We knew the Dual lands were really hard to get, so we just put them in binders. I wrote on common lands, that it represented the dual land in the binder, so that I didnt have to shuffle play it out on table. Card is legitimate. It's PSA graded and graded VERY recently.
