With only 600 units produced the chance of finding one for sale is pretty rare and only dead folks are willing to part with one. Please view all photos as this is a gorgeous piece. As such the most important aspect involving this item is going to be the quality of packaging. As stated before this item is quite heavy which means that time consuming care will be needed to ensure safe delivery. Seriously time consuming means an hour plus of thoughtful labor spent, the sculpture will first be placed in a box with abundant shock absorbing materials packed around it. That box will be placed within another box, again abundant bubble wrap, etc, etc will be used. I have a complete understanding of the shipping process as it involves multiple conveyor belts and items being dumped into various bins. Yes some UPS drivers are incompetent but the real damage can happen in the processing centers. Yes I’ll apply Fragile Stickers but the machines don’t read those stickers and as such the Boy Scout in me will prepare for the worst case scenario.
