This is Penny's FIRST licensed card (NCAA), and thus, predates his NBA rookie cards by a year. Other cards of note in the set are Coach Finch, David Vaughn (NBA First Round Pick), and the Team Card (Penny, again). These sets were originally issued at the school book store and ticket office. Beckett #11 estimates that "a little less than 10,000 sets were produced".
