It includes details on the planning and construction of the IRT, BMT, and IND lines that connected the city to the fairgrounds. 8 1/2" wide, 11" high. 32 pages Condition is EX+++ (in my opinion), see scans. All pages clean, uniform, tight, and intact, with a tight spine. All items are sandwiched with cardboard backing and in plastic to protect the item completely.
