The lamp measures 15-1/2" tall, 12" round glass, and 6-1/2" round base. The lamp has a weighted base, all black matte finish, and acrylic glass round shade. There is some discoloration to the black base and deflector glass is missing to cover bulb because THE HALOGEN BULB HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH AN LED BULB. I WILL INCLUDE THE HALOGEN BULB.
