Description: In 1991 the United States Post Office was planning to issue an Elvis Stamp honoring the King of Rock in Roll! They narrowed it down to 2 designs, Young Elvis and Older Elvis. They printed postcard ballots to allow the public to vote. The Young Elvis won and on January 8, 1993 the stamp was issued to the public for use This unused postcard ballot has affixed to it the Elvis stamp and is postmarked on the first day of issue, January 8, 1993!!! No creases, perfect corners! Of course, because it is a thin postcard, there is bleed through of the postmark on the back. I will sleeve the item in a protective poly sleeve and ship it to you via first class mail postage paid!! Check out my ebay rating and bid with confidence
