Description: 1991 and 1992 Classic Best Minor League complete factory sets of 450 cards each. These sets are loaded with guys that made the big leagues as well as several Hall of Famers. The 1991 set contains a young Mike Schmidt with the Reading Phillies and other HOFers such as Jim Thome, Ivan Rodriguez, Chipper Jones and Pedro Martinez. There is even a card of a Heisman Trophy winner…….Chris Weinke……when he played in the Toronto Blue Jays system prior to enrolling at Florida State and winning the Heisman in 1999. Although the factory box doesn’t have to plastic wrap seal, 4 of the 5 bricks of cards are still sealed in cellophane. I opened the 50 card brick back in the day just to get a look at them but left the rest sealed. The 1992 set contains a young Nolan Ryan with the Jacksonville Suns, Chipper Jones, Mike Schmidt, Ken Griffey Jr with the San Bernardino Spirit, Mike Piazza and Derek Jeter with the Gulf Coast League Yankees. This set is also loaded with guys who made the show. The plastic wrap is gone from the box but all 5 bricks of cards are sealed with cellophane wrap. A couple of very neat sets with many major leaguers from their youthful days. Contact me with any questions.
