Description: 1988 Texas Parks and Wildlife Nongame Numbered (329/400) and signed Print and Stamp by Charles Beckendorf. These prints are rather scarce with only 400 in print. The subjects of the print are a pair of Kestral falcons, the smallest falcon to occur in North America. They are often called "sparrow hawks". The hawks are in a handsome dark wood and brass corner trimmed frame that measures 20.5" x 19.5" with an internal gold leaf inlaid frame measuring 10.75" x 9.75" containing the print and stamp under non-flare glass. The stamp might be a bit faded. I found mint condition stamps on Ebay for $10.50, so they are available. The framed print will be shipped via FEDEX home delivery or ground in a 25" x 5" x 25" box weighing around 8 1/2 pounds. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs, which are estimated to be $20-21 depending upon the location to which the print is shipped.
