1986 Fleer Basketball Box 36 Packs Michael Jordan Rookie Card Original Untouched

Description: About his item: My parents had a grocery store in a small, quiet town (Washington, Iowa), back in the mid 80's. Their store was Kelly's pantry. (Named after my mother, "Kelly") Pre-covid, my father got a 2nd divorce. During that time period, he and his wife separated and parted living together. So I helped my father move. As a kid and still as an adult, I collected cards, and so did he. Long story short, going through these old grocery store apple boxes filled with baseball, basketball, football, WWE, etc. Trading cards, we came across 2 boxes of 1986, untampered with basketball cards. The first box my father and I took directly to Steve Hart at BBCE in Indiana. Paid the 5k to have it authenticated and sent to Heritage Auction house. It sold on July 23rd, 2021. This is box #2 it's nearly (99% in my opinion) identical to the first box sold via Heritage. The photos in this listing include: Steve Hart at BBCE, my sister and myself at the front counter of Kelly's pantry in 1987 or 88' (I couldn't find any other photos of us, but check out the Donruss baseball cards on the counter in that photo!) and the previously authenticated box. Per verbal agreement, my father and I will split the sale of these cards 50/50 after taxes, fees, and other upcoming costs. My father recently retired, and this will be a true god send.
